My Journey: From Exhaustion to Empowerment - why I wrote this book!
Eighteen years ago, I hit menopause and it hit me hard.
Practically overnight, my energy disappeared, the scales crept up by 25 kilos, and no matter what I tried, less food more exercise, nothing worked. I felt like a stranger in my own body.
But I have never been one to give up easily. Having already spent decades in natural health, I knew there had to be an answer beyond the endless diets and pills. So I went back to the basics, food, minerals and energy medicine. I stripped away the noise, the potentially inflammatory foods and the well-meaning but misleading advice… and listened to what my body was actually asking for.
That’s when everything changed. I discovered that healing didn’t come from eating less, it came from eating right. By removing inflammation-causing foods, supporting my body with essential nutrients and finding a remedy that really helped me shift the weight. I started to see and feel a transformation I hadn’t thought possible.
The weight came off and stayed off. My energy returned. My mind became clear. But even more than that, I found peace because I finally understood what true nourishment meant.
