With this program, you will need to weigh yourself every day. Why?
Because by checking every morning, you will know if the program is working for you. We don't recommend starting a new regimen when you start our program, as it can cause your body stress, and we are trying to eliminate stress. Of course, once you feel great and have energy, you can get onto a new regime with enormous benefits when you aren't carrying excess fat.
