There are certain things in life that you don’t go looking for, yet somehow they find you, and once they do, you can never quite see things the same way again.

For me, that has been the olive tree.

Long before there was talk of compounds and research papers, before I ever heard words like hydroxytyrosol or understood the depth of what was happening within the leaf itself, I found myself drawn to it in a way that felt instinctive rather than learned, as though something within me recognised something within it.

I began working with olive leaf quietly, simply, without any expectation of where it might lead, just a curiosity and a feeling that there was more to this tree than most people realised. What unfolded over time was not a single result or a quick fix, but a consistent pattern, one that I have now seen again and again, both in my own body and in the people I have worked with.

It was never about forcing change.

It was about creating the right conditions for the body to return to what it already knows how to do.

What I came to understand is that the olive leaf does not push or override the body. It supports. It reduces the load. It helps bring things back into balance, gently and steadily, in a way that feels sustainable rather than dramatic.

Over the years, the way I have worked with it has evolved, not through trends or formulas, but through observation, intuition and a deep respect for the process. Allowing time, allowing maturation, allowing the plant to express itself fully rather than rushing it, has been a key part of this journey, even before I understood the science behind why that mattered so much.

When the research eventually caught up, and I began to read about the compounds that develop over time, the way olive leaf supports the heart, the metabolism, the internal environment of the body, it simply confirmed what I had already been witnessing for years.

There was a quiet reassurance in that.

The Living Range has grown out of this journey.

It is not a collection of products created to follow a trend, but a continuation of something that has been developing over decades, shaped by experience, refined through understanding and guided by a simple principle, that when we support the body rather than fight it, it responds.

Each part of the range has its place, its purpose, and its own way of working, yet they all come back to the same foundation, reducing stress on the system, restoring flow and allowing the body to do what it has always been designed to do.

There is something deeply grounding about working with the olive tree.

It holds a steadiness, a resilience, a quiet strength that I feel every time I sit with it, and it is that same quality that I believe it brings into the body.

This is not about adding more and more. It is about choosing something that works with you.
Something that supports rather than overwhelms.
Something that allows you to reconnect with your own sense of balance and wellbeing.

That, for me, is where the real change begins.

Taking time

What has become clearer over time is that working with the olive leaf is not something that can be rushed.

What has become clearer over time is that working with the olive leaf is not something that can be rushed.

There is a natural rhythm to it, a process that unfolds slowly, where time becomes part of what creates its depth and effectiveness. The way the leaf is prepared, the way it is allowed to mature, even the environment it comes from, all of these things matter.

This is why the Living Tonic has been created in stages.

Rather than forcing it into a finished product, it is being allowed to evolve, with the first three-month vintage being released in May, and further maturation continuing beyond that, deepening its profile and its potential over time.

This approach is not about speed.

It is about allowing the process to do what it is meant to do.
While the tonic continues to develop, the first expression of this work has already found its way into your hands.

The Living Magnesium Gel, created using olive leaf from the Daisy Grove, was quietly released as an introduction to this range.

There was no big launch, no push, just an offering.

Within a few days, it was gone - New batch from the Rose Grove will be coming soon!

What that showed me was not just that people are ready for something different, but that they can feel the difference when something has been created with intention.

This is just the beginning.

Coming Soon | The First Vintage

There are certain things that cannot be rushed.
They need time, space and the right conditions to become what they are meant to be.

The Living Tonic is one of them.

What is being released in May is not a finished product in the traditional sense, but the first stage of something that continues to evolve. A three-month vintage, carefully prepared and allowed to mature naturally, offering a glimpse into what this process becomes over time.

This is where it begins.

The First Release

To honour this journey, the first offering will be available as a three-month supply, allowing you to experience this initial stage fully, while your body begins to respond and adapt.

For those who feel called to go deeper, there will also be the option to continue with the same batch as it matures.

Through auto-ship, you will receive the six-month, nine-month and twelve-month vintages from this same preparation, allowing you to experience the progression, not just in the tonic itself, but in how your body responds over time.

This is not something that is often made available.

To stay with the same batch as it evolves is quite special.

Paired With the Grove

Alongside this, you will receive the Living Magnesium Gel, created from olive leaf sourced from the same Daisy Grove.

This brings the experience together.

What the tonic begins internally, the magnesium supports externally, creating a more complete and grounded approach to restoring balance.

A Different Way of Working

This is not about adding more.
It is about working with what is already there.

Allowing the body to respond, to adjust, and to find its rhythm again, supported by something that has been created with time, care and intention.

This is the first vintage.
The beginning of something that will continue to unfold.
