I am beyond privileged to write a testimonial for Karen Creighton’s Weightloss Program. In talking with Karen today I said I was more than happy to share my results thus far for it is beyond REVOLUTIONARY…

Prior to meeting and being introduced to Karen I have heavily invested into EVERY known product/regime/weight loss scheme known to man spanning 4 decades, yes 4 decades.

In the past 12 years I have never been able to get lower than a particular weight, this is in the face of leading a VERY disciplined lifestyle – train 6 days per week, no bread, no dairy, no alcohol, no sugar and weight plateauing averaging 40 weeks ongoingly –

Karen Creighton - my story
All of us are striving for something when it comes to our health.
For some it is energy, for others it is sleep, for many it is simply to feel comfortable in their own body again.

For me, that journey started very young.

By my early teens, I had already become aware of my weight in a way that shifted how I saw myself. What had once been a body that worked well and carried me through life effortlessly became something I judged, compared and tried to control.

From that point on, I spent over four decades trying to “fix” it.

I went through every diet you can imagine. Doctor-led plans, high fibre approaches, extreme calorie restriction, eating only certain foods for days at a time. Later, I moved into the natural health space and explored vegetarian, vegan, raw food and even fruitarian approaches, always believing the next one would be the answer.

Alongside this, I invested heavily in detoxes and cleansing protocols. Juice fasts, extended cleanses, colonic irrigation, food eliminations and supplement regimes. I trained extensively, worked with practitioners, tested everything I could get my hands on.

And yet, no matter how disciplined I was, the result was always the same.

Temporary shifts, followed by frustration, weight regain and a growing sense that somehow I was the problem.

As I moved into my late 40s and early 50s, things became even more challenging. Despite doing what I believed were all the “right” things, my weight continued to increase, my energy dropped and I no longer recognised myself.

I remember standing in Bali on what should have been a beautiful, relaxing holiday and feeling completely disconnected from my body. That moment was a turning point.

Not because I found the answer straight away, but because I finally stopped.

I stopped chasing the next plan and started looking at what I had learned over the years.

I revisited my earlier work around food sensitivities and began simplifying everything. I naturally moved into a lower inflammatory way of eating and reduced my meal frequency, something that is now widely known as intermittent fasting.

My energy improved, but the weight still held on. That was when I went deeper.

I began to understand the role of stress, not just emotional stress, but the cumulative load on the body from food, environment and lifestyle. This changed everything. Instead of forcing weight loss, I started supporting the body to feel safe enough to let it go.

When I applied this approach, the results were undeniable.

Within 40 days I lost over 11kg, and over time a further 10kg came off without the struggle I had experienced for decades. More importantly, I felt like myself again. Clear, energised and at ease in my body.

That experience became the foundation of what is now Fast Track to Health.
What started as a personal breakthrough has since supported thousands of people who, like me, had tried everything and felt stuck.

The greatest shift was not just the weight.

It was understanding that the body was never the problem.

It simply needed the right conditions.

Tony’s story
The Fast Track to Health programme has been incredibly successful for me, and also for several friends I’ve introduced to it.

Over an 8 month period, I lost 16kg by working through the programme three times. What made this even more valuable was that I was able to do it alongside a demanding job and raising two teenage daughters, without needing to spend hours exercising.

At the beginning, I was concerned about losing weight too quickly and ending up with loose skin or loss of tone, but this wasn’t the case at all. My body looks and feels better than it has in years, with improved tone and no cellulite.

Like many people, my challenges with weight began early in life.

Through my teens and into adulthood, my weight fluctuated, often influenced by stress and emotional eating. Over the years, I tried different approaches, from structured programmes like Weight Watchers to regular gym routines, and while I did see results at times, they never lasted.

Each time I stopped, the weight would slowly return, and with it came the familiar frustration and loss of confidence.

After working in a health shop and exploring different ways of eating, including low GI and raw food approaches, I began to feel healthier, but something was still missing. Nothing truly shifted my relationship with food or my body in a lasting way.

In 2010, everything changed.

After seeing Karen and noticing a huge transformation in her, I decided to try the Fast Track to Health programme for myself. At the time, I weighed just over 110kg and was ready for something different.

From the beginning, the programme felt simple and manageable. I didn’t feel deprived, I enjoyed my food, and I started to see changes quickly.

In the first phase alone, I lost 12kg and 64cm in measurements, and for the first time, I felt excited about what was happening in my body.

As I moved through the phases, the results continued. By the end of the first round, I had lost 18kg and 95cm. I felt lighter, more energised and more confident.

I chose to continue with a second round, and by the end of that, I had lost a total of 30kg and 169cm in measurements.

But beyond the physical changes, the biggest shift has been how I feel about myself and my relationship with food.

I no longer feel controlled by cravings or emotional eating. I naturally make better choices, stop when I’m full and feel comfortable enjoying food without guilt.

Even when I have the occasional indulgence, my body now returns easily to balance.

Today, I feel confident, energised and truly comfortable in my body. I’ve even had to completely update my wardrobe, which has been one of the most enjoyable parts of the journey.

This experience has not only changed how I look, but how I feel about myself and my life. It has given me a sense of ease and confidence I didn’t think was possible.

Before starting, I had been told I was pre-diabetic and was on blood pressure medication. My husband was also on medication for blood pressure and cholesterol.

Over the following months, our results improved dramatically. Blood sugars normalised, blood pressure dropped, and medications were reduced, and in some cases, removed completely.

Through all of this, one of the biggest changes was our relationship with food.

We no longer felt controlled by cravings. We understood what our bodies needed, how stress affected us, and how to navigate life without falling back into old patterns.

Even over holidays and challenging periods, we were able to maintain our results without feeling deprived.

A year on, I can honestly say I feel like a completely different person.

I no longer feel stuck, tired or resigned to being overweight. I feel energised, in control and optimistic about the future.

What I once thought was simply “getting older” was actually something that could be changed.

And that has been life changing.

Just over a year ago, I had one of those unexpected moments that change everything.

I was in a health shop, talking to the assistant about how I had tried every product, detox and programme I could find, yet nothing had worked for me. I truly believed I had tried everything.

A woman nearby overheard the conversation and approached me. She told me she had been in exactly the same position just a year earlier.

I remember looking at her and thinking there was no way that could be true. She looked incredible, not just slim, but vibrant and full of energy.

She handed me a card and said she wished someone had done the same for her when she was struggling.

At the time, I was sceptical. I even joked and asked if she had shares in the company. She simply laughed and said she felt so good that she wanted to share it with as many people as possible.

Something about that stayed with me.

I decided to give it a go.

Now, 12 months later, I understand exactly what she meant.

I have released 36kg and feel better than I have in decades. At 59, I feel younger, more energised and more capable than I did 20 years ago.

The biggest joy has been being able to keep up with my grandchildren with ease. I’ve gone from feeling like a very overweight, tired grandmother to feeling active, strong and full of life.

What’s most interesting is that I now find myself doing exactly what that woman did for me.

I share this with anyone who will listen, even carrying a “before” photo to show people the difference, because I know how hard it can be to believe.

I am so grateful to Karen and the team for their support, guidance and care throughout the process.

And to the woman I met that day, I truly hope our paths cross again so I can thank her properly.

Karen and Richards story
Two and a half years ago, my husband and I came across Karen while on holiday, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made for our health.

At the time, my husband Richard was struggling with IBS, bloating, digestive issues, long-term blood pressure medication and being significantly overweight. His eating habits and daily routine were not supporting his health, and like many people, he felt stuck.

We both decided to commit to the 40-day programme when we returned home.

The results were incredible.

Between us, we released 24kg and 27kg, and within just a couple of weeks, we were able to come off all medications. Our doctor was amazed and told us he couldn’t get us any healthier.
